4. Custom Designs & Submitted Content

Many of our products are made to order using designs, text, logos, or artwork submitted by you. By submitting content to us:

You confirm you own the rights to it, or have permission to use it (including any logos, trademarks, copyrighted artwork, or third-party brand names).
You grant us a license to reproduce, modify (as needed for production), and use your submitted content solely for the purpose of creating and fulfilling your order.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from content you submit that infringes on someone else's intellectual property or other rights.

We reserve the right to refuse any order containing content that is illegal, infringing, or that we determine to be inappropriate, at our sole discretion.

5. Our Intellectual Property

All original designs, templates, product photography, logos, and content created by Alumiar Glow Signs (excluding designs submitted by customers) remain our property and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
