Shipping & Returns

Every lightbox is custom made to order. Production begins after you approve your design, and orders ship within 5-7 business days after approval.

All orders include tracking information sent to your email once shipped.

Because every sign is custom-printed to your logo or design, we are unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse, sizing, or change of mind.

• We will always replace or refund an order that arrives damaged
• We will always replace or refund an order if the wrong item was shipped
• Contact us with photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right

Every sign is sized to fit your logo or design, up to our maximum print size of 256mm × 256mm × 250mm. Since sizing is custom to your artwork, please review your design proof carefully before approving — we can't offer exchanges once production begins.
