Every sign is custom-made after you submit your design. Production takes 5-7 business days after design approval, plus standard shipping time within the US.

Right now we only ship within the United States. Standard shipping is $8, and it's free on orders of $75 or more.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime through your account dashboard.

Every sign is 3D-printed from impact-resistant PLA+ with a matte-black frame and a frosted acrylic diffuser for even, hotspot-free glow. It's USB-powered, so it plugs into any laptop, TV, or USB wall adapter.

Because every sign is custom-made to your design, please reach out as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. Once production begins, we may not be able to make changes.

Our manufacturing maximum is 256mm x 256mm x 250mm. If your design would exceed that, we'll scale it down proportionally so it fits perfectly while keeping its detail intact.

Since every sign is made specifically for you, we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse or sizing. If your order arrives damaged or the wrong item is shipped, we'll always replace or refund it.

Wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth to keep it dust-free. Avoid submerging it in water, and always unplug it before cleaning.
