Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Alumiar Glow Signs! Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

Because each sign is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for a change of mind. Once an order is placed, it enters production and cannot be canceled or refunded.

We encourage you to review your order details, design, and shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as production begins shortly after your order is confirmed. Please contact us at alumiarglowsigns@gmail.com right away if you notice an error immediately after ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate — however, we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your sign arrives damaged or defective, we will send you a free replacement — no refund is issued, but you will not be charged for the replacement.

To request a replacement:

1. Contact us at alumiarglowsigns@gmail.com within 20 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or defective item.
3. Once verified, we will produce and ship your replacement at no additional cost.

This same process applies if you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part.

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Minor variations in color, glow, or finish inherent to handmade/custom products
• Damage caused by improper installation, use, or care after delivery
• Orders where the shipping address was entered incorrectly by the customer
